Monitoring of Progress within the Curriculum

All of our pupils have a half termly Individual Educational Programme (IEP) which covers 3 areas and aims to promote access to the curriculum:
  • Communication / Social Interaction
  • Flexibility of Thought / Cognitive
  • Physical / Sensory

The IEPs are shared with parents in termly meetings and the Person Centred Annual Review is held in the autumn or spring term.
All our pupils are regularly assessed using B Squared assessment.  Additional assessment information is also used in order to provide an assessment and summary of all of the strengths of our pupils.
